Refund policy

Refund / return is available only for broken bottles or wrong perfume being delivered. 
Note - A video of unboxing is necessary for us to accept return request.

Exchange will be processed on the same terms of video proof. NO exchange if the perfume has been sprayed. Hence we suggest using the sample or travel size of 10ml first
